Block parquetry

Timber in its truest natural form. Block parquetry floors have many benefits that will stand the test of time.

Parquetry is one of the most time-tested floor types. A higher frequency of joints and multiple grain directions make parquetry more stable than other solid floor types. Perfect for heavy traffic areas such as entrance ways, halls and steps, any damage is easily fixed by replacing the affected blocks only. Block parquetry comes as loose pieces and a pattern is made by hand on-site by the installer. Endless customisation is possible with all the different species, grade and patterns to choose from.

Laminate FloorsStylish flooring that can withstand life’s abuses. Laminates offer superior scratch resistance and affordability with realistic decors. Laminates consist of an imitation digital timber print impregnated with a resilient melamine resin coating over a HDF base. The melamine gives the highest scratch resistance of any floorboard type and can be manufactured with realistic timber textures. Laminate is also quite affordable compared to other flooring types. Unfortunately, the market is flooded with cheap and nasty laminates that race to the bottom of price and quality. These inferior quality laminates usually fall apart within a few years. We only use good quality laminates from manufacturers that we have been working with for many years. Some of our brands are so robust that they are suitable for withstanding super high traffic commercial applications, let alone your house.

Blinds are available in a variety of materials and styles. You can choose between a complete shut-out system or varying levels of transparency. Mechanised and automated systems are available as well as standard manual options. All materials are robustly designed to withstand UV damage and mechanical wear.
Bamboo FloorsAn alternative flooring material, Bamboo is very similar to timber and has some properties that make it well suited to flooring. Strand woven Bamboo consists of bamboo strips entwined together under high pressure and heat to form an extremely strong and hard product. Bamboo being a woody plant retains a warm comfortable feel underfoot and the randomness of the strand pattern give quite a natural un-artificial figure. The hardness of Bamboo is comparable to some of the hardest commercial timbers used worldwide. Because of the great strength of Bamboo, extra care is needed during installation to counteract expansion stresses.
